Surprised that I am the early riser this week! Excited that I haven't been just going back to bed after the kids head to school ~
This week I am down 1.4 ~ though sneak peeks during the week showed even more, I'll still take it, and gladly
Began 16:8 IF last week, going more than easy, I really like it, never was hungry in the AM anyway!
And here's to another stellar week everyone! :drinker:

Morning everyone!
I am down 3.5lbs this week (but last week I was really high after the weekend of wedding partying). I did eat under my calorie goal every day this week and go to the gym multiple times, so feel like I am on the right track. Have a birthday dinner tonight and a work pub night tomorrow, so hopefully I can behave myself and stay on track for next week.
50% of the way to my Halloween goal! woot!0 -
I'm just down a half pound, but it's better than being UP half a pound!
Have a great week everyone...0 -
Well Im back down a little again this week. Im now back to 189.1. Slowly getting to my goal. Although I was glad I weighed in before the picnic yesterday. I had fun but went way over calories. At least I have a week to get past that hurdle.0

I'm down 1.5, but it's been a weird week of fluctuations. I'm going to try to focus more on daily goals this coming week, especially since it's going to be somewhat stressful. I've been struggling with some work-related stress and anger, and I can tell there's a connection between that and my feeling last week that I was overeating or just less control of my eating than usual.0

I am at the same weight. I technically lost one pound earlier in the week and I gained it back from overeating. I also made the mistake of looking at a different scale and it said I was 10 pounds heavier. So I'm a little bummed.
I have tried eating under my weight limit and it causes me to get still. The same seems to be happening when I eat back my exercise calories. I've also been consuming a lot of foods with sugar and salt. So I'm going to eat right at my limit this week and see what happens. I've also amped up my exercise from cardio (Zumba) and am going to be doing intermediate vinyasa yoga for more strength training.
I may have been already doing everything right, but I'm experimenting every week to make sure.0 -
I lost exactly one pound which was my goal. I was lower earlier in the week but fluctuated back up on weigh-in day, sadly!0

again, i didn't lose a pound. i changed my scale which weighs me in 1.5 lbs more than my old scale, so i changed my weights on the spreadsheet to reflect the new scale weight all the way through. i weighed in at 163.5 lbs today.0
