    For cheaper dresses, I recently saw that Old Navy has tall sizes too in just about everything---shirts, pjs, dresses, etc.

    I'm too late for your 10 day deadline, but I really recommend ASOS. It has free shipping & returns, and their ASOS line in particular always flatters. They also have a line of Tall products for us tall women :)

    Old navy does have tall dresses. I am pear shaped and do not have much luck with fit of their dresses. Also have gotten some (and returned) that are supposed to be tall but fall too short. I love the rest of their tall clothes though.

    I've had successes in both Gap and Old Navy's tall line. Otherwise, I have to do a lot of leggings-under-dresses combos. I echo sandtisch's suggestion of eShakti, especially since you can customize everything. Also, I'm a big fan of ordering custom-made pieces on Etsy.
