Hi guys,
My name is Maddy, I'm 19 and I live in Australia. To be honest, my depression and anxiety are starting to get the better of me. Today I went out and bought myself a fitbit and I'm looking to connect with some people to help motivate me and exchange tips/ ideas on getting fit and healthy and hopefully losing some weight.
