I'm at 1/100. I went for a nice walk yesterday with the yellow lab I pet sit :-))

    I have my figures at work but I hit the ground running, biking and doing weights lol I think after today I am going to be on about 4.5 but I'll find out for sure tomorrow and post. I am liking this challenge already, feel very motivated to kick my *kitten* :-) Going to be quite over the weekend because my wife is away in London so need to get in front. I like the idea of kettlebells as well. I brought some last year and I never did anything with them so I think a kettle bell session could be in order as challenge month one.

    Today consisted of walking everywhere and exploring the streets of Salem. I'm calling today another 1 hr of activity because I'm not sure how much I really did (probably more). It's almost Friday!!!

    I'm at about 5.75/100 as of this morning. I work this evening. And I only count 1-2 hours of the running around I do.

    9/25: Nada. Busy helping Dorothy, the dog I took in off the street the night before, get cleaned up and healthy.

    9/27: About 75 minutes of community Yoga and took Dorothy on a 30 minute walk.

    Well I've got what feels like a little bit of tendonitis, or the beginning of it, in one ankle :/ That will slow me down a fair bit...

    It's mostly been YouTube videos, and tonight I went to my dance class. Tomorrow is actually my last day in my apartment/at my English teaching job here in South Korea. It's been a great 3 years. Wow, just realized 3 years to the day since I arrived! So bummed to leave, but my dad is really sick, so I'm moving back to America for a while. I'm going to travel around Korea for a couple weeks first and spend time with friends while I can. So no formal workouts after tomorrow till I'm back home- I'll just count Fitbit "very active minutes." Glad to see everyone doing so well with this challenge!
