Good morning everyone!
I neither lost nor gained this week. Just hanging out at 190.2. Had a major cheat day and a couple of less careful days; the cheat day is something I almost never do. I expect that stood between me and the 180s. But I'm so close... Maybe next week.
I hope you all are doing well! And for those celebrating Rosh Hashanah, Shana tova!

I lost .8 lbs to hit 10 lbs down overall! I'm super happy about that!
I'm also glad that I don't have any more trips planned until the very end of October. I travelled EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND this month, which is part of the reason I only managed to lose .8 lbs over the course of the month. Oh well...I had some fantastic food during my travels, so, honestly, I don't regret it. Even during weight loss, I have to have a life that I enjoy, and sometimes that includes special meals with friends.

My last few weigh-ins might suggest that I've hit a plateau, but life has been crazy, hectic, and stressful this month so I'm actually taking my weight maintenance as a good thing. It shows that I've changed my eating habits in such a way that allows me to stay stable when my stress levels get high and exercise is harder to fit into my schedule. That said, I still have 10 lbs. to go so hopefully I get control of external influences soon and hop back on the losing bandwagon!0

Gained 1/2 a lb. Too much eating out, would have gained more but I exercise almost daily and that saves me.0

I am below 160! I'm quite happy with that, and also surprised.
I'm still on crutches, so my usual exercise routine is clearly not happening. I've been more or less watching what I eat, so that has helped.
I'm still on track to reach my goal, so that's good.0 -
Ughhhhh. I'm still the same. This is my third week of crossfit and everyone keeps telling me to keep at it that the weight will soon just start dropping off. Hmmmm. I'm gonna keep it up and hope they are right.0

Is everybody still playing along?
2 lbs for me, which is more than I expected since my deficit is set to be 1.2 lbs/week and I went over calories one day. I'm sure it will even itself out next week.0 -
I'm not sure whether to trust my weigh in this week - the scales claimed I lost 4.5 lbs. I've logged it as a 2.5lb loss (which I can believe based on deficit) and will see how they shape up next week.
