    I did a load of walking Sunday around a theme park but I cant really measure what I did and I didn't really do it as exercise so I'm not adding it. Planning on starting week 2 with a bang tomorrow :-)

    Today I biked and then did PT exercises/stretches for an hour. I might do zumba tonight..not sure yet!

    Well I've got what feels like a little bit of tendonitis, or the beginning of it, in one ankle :/ That will slow me down a fair bit...

    9/23 - nothing (recovery from HM)
    9/24 - 0.5 hr run (2 mi)
    9/25 - 0.75 hr trail run (4.5 mi)
    9/26 - 1.0 road bike (14 mi)
    9/27 - 1.5 hr mtb (10 mi)
    9/28 - 0.75 hr gym (weights + row machine)

    Total - 4.5

    I wish you a speedy recovery! That sounds like no fun

    9/29: Went on a 35 minute jog with Dorothy.
    9/30: Eh, needed a mental break.

    5.8/100--a little behind, but things have been crazy at the charter school a it has consumed a lot of my freetime. I'm hoping to make some of it up this weekend.
