Feeling Great I really feel like i am physically feeling better. I decided today that i am going 60 days. :flowerforyou: Missing hearing from you guys.

    Wow... 60 days? Where will that take you? You can do it!!!

    I haven't had any Sangria in 12 days. I need to continue to remove this weight so I'm thinking about not drinking for the last quarter of the year. I had already decided January was a no alcohol month so that would be four months+... I am still thinking. I will know for sure by the 1st of October.

    wow you are doing great. It's day 24 for me...wineless and I feel great. I will join you on the 60 day challenge. I like the feeling that I don't need alcohol in the evening. It was just a habit...not needed at all :-)

    Well...sounds good...BUT I will have a drink (or two) on Halloween. We always make a mean Halloween punch, that's a tradition in our crazy house. So I am going to join you until then :-)
