It's been fairly quiet on the community site for a few weeks now. I hope all is going well and participants are still able to move towards your goals. :happy:

It's now time for the second round data submissions. Please post your weight changes here by clicking on the REPLY button.

Remember, to please only post your change in weight (For example: - 1kg or +0.5kg or -0kg), not your actual weight.

Please still post if there has been no change.
