12 weeks until xmas!

so if your losing a 1lb a week you could pretty much lose a stone by then!!! I'm hoping to lose 24lbs by Xmas so 2lb a week, then I will be nearly back to my lowest weight I've been for a long time! Exciting times!

    I'm at 218 so only have 8lbs to go before Xmas. However, I recently reset my goal weight down, so I can afford to lose more weight. Be nice if I could be 12 lbs down by Xmas.
