I am not at all sure I can complete this challenge but I guess it wouldn't be challenging if I knew I could! I generally walk 30 minutes with my dog daily and I've been trying to add one additional activity to my day everyday lately so this fits in with that though I wasn't specifically aiming for an hour a day. I like the concept though, especially through the holidays though.

I'm trying a lot of different workout styles on hulu plus. Last week I tried cardio sculpt and bollywood dance. Both were fun and had me sweating. Yesterday I did a barre workout which was also fun and very challenging for me. Today it'll be something cardio. Maybe bollywood again.
  • I started this week out with a 15 min bike ride to and from the gym and another 45 mins of gym time! I am determined to stay focused through the holidays to continue down the path I have committed to myself. I hope that I can motivate everyone in this group on my great days and y'all can motivate me when I am not feeling so great!

Bollywood sounds super cool! I do zumba and love it. I haven't had a chance to try barre but I've heard good things about that, too.

Do what you can do! Any activity counts..walking, cleaning, etc. :-)
