This was a really rubbish week! I was good the first few days of the week, but then my boyfriend left for the weekend, to go to a gaming tournament. I weighed myself on Friday, and weighed 62.5kg (137.8), but then ate horribly on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday (I'm talking pizza, crisps, chocolate and fizzy drinks). Now I feel horrible and bloated and fatThis week is a fresh start though, going to try to be extra good!

4.8 so far for the challenge, 9.4 left for the goal I set. May end up adjusting that as time goes along. When I set that goal I wasn't losing any weight and hadn't been for more than 6 months.0 -
I went on holiday last week and weighed in yesterday at the same weight! My leader was proud that I hadn't gained!
I am now more focused and I am determined to have a good loss this week!

... actually went up by .25 kilos this week, yikes! I went pretty hard this weekend, and made some diet changes (doubling my protein). I'm going to stick with them for another week and see if it evens out or not!0 -
I have my weigh in for today, but I am confused as to whether I should post it here or wait for week 4? On the spreadsheet, it was week 3 above the column I filled in, BUT I am the only one who has it filled in. This makes me think I am ahead and should wait for week 4 thread to come out.
Oh well, too early in the morning to think about it, but I am happy with my weigh in either way!
