I'm going backwards! I think the tip upwards today mostly has to do with water weight, but best case, I'm holding steady and not losing. Sigh. I know I have more muscle, so maybe that's it? I think my measurements are going in the right direction. A weird thing happened in the last few days--I've been doing high-protein moderate carbs and all of a sudden on Wednesday I just could. not. eat any more meat. I had meatloaf and chicken and fish in the house and none of them seemed appealing. I haven't started scarfing bread and pasta or anything like that, but... I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
The good news is that I'm on track with my weight lifting program, lifted 2x last week and 3x this week, and I'm getting faster during the intense periods of interval training. So that's something.0 -
hi!! Your stats are similar and I think you are doing great!! I havent seen below 130 in over two years, and I know when I get close its really easy to go up and down and get discouraged!! Keep with the diet and training- I think you are doing amazing and nothing with this weight loss is linear, especially with water weight. Keep up the good work- you are encouraging me that its possible to break the 130 mark very soon!!0

thank you so much! I did notice that we are have similar starting points and goals. I'm trying to focus more on fitness and not obsess about the scale numbers... that way at least I'll feel good. In my case the dip below 130 was a total surprise, it was just there one day, I wasn't even feeling particularly "thin" or anything. So it will come, I know you can do it! And I absolutely know what you mean about it getting harder and harder the closer we get to the goal.
Is that you in your avatar? It's very impressive! Flexibility is definitely something I need to work on.0 -
