Insanith-Round 2- Last Week

Hi all!
I think I've lost my workout mojo! I LOVE Insanity but on Monday I could not even finish the Max Plyo! Never happened before! Yesterday I took a day off and today I am going to try and do the workout.
My knees were so weak and I could not even do the power jumps!
Two weeks ago went back to work from mat leave so this could be adding to my exhaustion. I workout in the evenings, when the kids go to bed and after I do lunches/ dinner for the next day etc.
I just feel like I want to lay on couch but my mind is racing telling me....GET UP! GO!
Should I try mornings? I am scared to workout for an hour then deal with the kids getting them dressed/ fed and out the door!
Not sure if I am looking for motivation or any words of wisdom...I feel like a failure.
