Hello MFPers from Switzerland!
My name is Christina and I am living in Geneva. I started on MFP about a year and a half ago but stopped again after a few months. In total, I have been working on controlling my eating and weight for about 7 years and lost nearly 30 kg, but have taken on again about 4 kg during the last 6 months.This is why I want to give it a serious other try with MFP!
I have osteoarthritis in a knee, and each kg I can reduce is of a benefit for my health.
This Swiss-Group is really great! thank you for having invited me!
