I'm doing this early cause we weigh in weekly at work on Wens. So I'm going with that # Good Luck all.

    09/05: 259. (7 off so far)

    09/19 257.6
    26/09 - 257.4 8.6 off so far.
    03/10 – 258.5 bad week, I gained back. I feel very disheartened.
    10/10 - 247.28 – 18.72 off. Cheat week! I have been down for a whole week with Dengue Fever! I expect some of this will go back on, but I hope to start exercising again within the next couple of days.
