Seasons greetings! As we head into fall, the leaves are falling off the trees and the weight will be falling off us as well! What are you going to do to stay active and make the right choices? I am going to avoid Halloween candy at all costs! LOL :laugh:

The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month smile

Happy October, everyone! One of my favorite months of the year! Now I can start decorating for Halloween
I'm struggling hard core with making good decisions and also with beating myself up for bad decisions. I think this month I really need to work on my attitude... And get my behind to the gym!

So September was a total wash, which was somewhat expected since it was the start of the school year; hectic weeks with super long days. However, October is here and bringing with it many celebrations (our honeymoon, my birthday, our belated celebration of hubby's 40th, and our anniversary) and many challenges (namely the deliciousness that will be on offer everywhere we go). However, I think with some smart planning and judicious choices, it may still be possible to come out ahead. Here goes...
