Hello I just picked up my flex today and been trying to set it up and figure all this out. Am hoping it helps to get me a bit more motivated and keep better track of everything. I suffer from DSPS so my body clock moves around the clock which makes for some confusing attempts at figuring out meals and exercise times etc. Would love to have friends that can help me out with all this, I also have fibromyalgia, RA and OA so looking for advisors that can help me find less painful exercises but strengthening up lost muscle tone that happened due to situations that had me bedridden for 10 yrs.
