Am I just second guessing myself?

Ok so I'm trying not to stress too much over the numbers. The scale at my gym says I've lost 15 lbs I should be happy right? This is just a run of the mill ancient dial scale right? My friend's scale which may be broken (but it is digital) says I haven't lost any weight. Also, I was looking at pictures to judge my body fat percentage and I'm a pretty realistic person. According to several pictures I am around 27% That's good right? I plug my measurements into a bfp calculator and it says I'm 10 percent higher than i thought. I try to be optimistic but i feel like i may be fooling myself..
Should i care? I feel like I've lost weight but there's still those evil numbers telling me otherwise.

I think you need to pick one scale and one method of gauging body fat and stick to that method. flip-flopping between scales is going to get you frustrated b/c all scales are not calibrated exactly the same. I.E, my home scale might say 135 and my doctor's scale says 140...who cares. I step on my home scale more often than the doctor's scale, so the doctor's scale is irrelevant to me. But..that's just how I look at it.0

I agree with beautifulJess, pick one scale, etc. and remember the scale is just a tool; people get obsessed with numbers, but use the mirror as a tool too, because depending on your fitness routine you may gain weight that's actually muscle- showing in the mirror, but not the scale.0
