Monday Oct 13 - weigh in

Morning group!
It is rainy and dreary here, but I am excited to get going on another week. This week I lost 3lbs, which means I have lost 13 total so far for this challenge, exceeding my goal of 10. Yeah! Thanks for everyone's support!

    I am one pound over from being at my goal weight. It seems I should drop that extra I wanted to loose, it's a challenge trying to stay at my goal weight! But, I am close so it's good!

    Not sure how but i gained a pound. I ran my first every 5k sat took me 40 mins and then did wood all weekend i am hoping it is water but time will tell i have been really good have not gone over my daily cal limit.

    I lost 1.5lbs thanks to a bad cold. But I like to think positive, so I am glad about the loss :)

    Probably water, Marygirl. When I have a big workout weekend sometimes that happens; I think it's recovery.

    I have been in a total slump. I'm staying close to calories goals most days, but my snacking (sodium content) has been out of control. Tostitos and cheese dip is not a good lunch!

    I hear you, Tress, me too, me too ... I cannot knock off any weight. I am sure it is the snacking - eating back most of my exercise calories and sometimes more. Just not feeling as satisfied with food and really distracted with getting ready for a big event. This too shall pass ... I hope.
