I have been slacking on my goals and everything especially since I have been of this week. My main goal for this week is just to maintain. So I am posting my goals a little early
1. drink plenty of water
2. avoid junk food (i've eaten way to much this week)
3. if its not raining walk the dogs tomorrow otherwise work on stretching. I pulled my hamstring yesterday

I'm still experimenting with the amount of food I've been eating. My weight is still fluctuating between those 4 pounds. So, I'm still keeping my goals simple:
1. Eat healthy
2. Exercise0 -
Dipped down to 147 lbs yesterday - the lowest I've ever weighed in. Back up to 150 this morning though (I weigh myself the same way/time each day). Here are my goals:
- Morning workout routine - check!
- Eat well
- Take a run with my pup after work

Forgot to look for this this morning.
Big goal was to run, which I did.
I'm completely exhausted, so second big goal is to go to bed early.0 -
I haven't been getting on the computer much to log in but I have been sticking to watching what I eat.
Today I tried shakeology and I didn't like it.
I also started day one of the 21 day fix program with smaller portions of food and 30 minutes of pilates.
Today my goal is to clean house.
Drink more water!0
