Fractional weights?

Hi everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster.
I am having trouble making headway on my overhead press so per the program I am deloading since I failed it 3 times and I want to try increasing it with fractional weights to see if I can make some progress that way. What kind should I buy? Can you send me links? I also heard there are hardware store washers that are about a pound each that would be cheaper. Does anyone have a link to those?
Thank you all so much and happy lifting

Oh, that darned OHP! The bane of my existence too.
I bought a pair of 1.25 lbs. plates from Rogue Fitness for less than $20 (including shipping). Here's the link: roguefitness.com/rogue-olympic-plates0 -
