Here I am finally lap banded and ready to get on with this new phase of my life. Surgery went very well it seems, I was in the OR at 10 and out at 11. I was home by 6pm.
I have liquid hydrocodone so I am comfortable when I cough which is painful but thankfully it's just getting rid of everything in my lungs.
It took quite a while for my blood pressure and oxygen levels to go up to an acceptable level and I have had a little bit of bleed through from one incision.. I have 4 or 5 for the laparascopic.
Best news.. pre-op I lost 12.5lbs!!!!!!!!!! YAYYY how good is that?
Now I will be around more folks.. will catch up with the Board when I am feeling less narcolized.. LOL

Awesome, Julie! So glad to hear things went well. And the 12.5 pounds GONE before the surgery is something to celebrate, once you are up to dancing again, we'll do a happy dance for you! LOL Recover... But being drugged up on the board could be fun.0
