Calorie intake

Hi!
I'm wondering how to set my calorie intake... I'm not sure if I should just set it to my TDEE minus exercice, and add (and eat back) my calories burned when it applies... My TDEE is around 1580 it seems awfully low though...

BabyFit suggested 1880-2180 but 2180 sounds high. Lol, I guess I'm lost.

I'm 5'5, pre pregnancy weight was around 125 lbs. I should gain between 25 to 35 pounds according to my doctor. I'm 14 weeks tomorrow and almost 129 pounds at the moment.

    I'm 5ft2 20weeks and I average around 2300 a day for maintenance calories. I started pregnancy overweight so I'm only supposed to gain between 15 and 25 lbs. My weight is right on track at the moment. Your maintenance sounds about right to me. ( I also walk daily for about 1.33 miles.

    I'm 5'3 and very active. My TDEE on inactive days is around 1500, but given my level of activity I tend to eat around 2000 calories a day while pregnant. My advice would be to eat your TDEE plus 150 for second trimester calories and a proportion of your exercise calories depending on how your weight gain is tracking. I say a proportion as we all have a tendency to underestimate our caloric intake and overestimate our energy expenditure.

    I started out at 109lbs, now I'm 128lbs & 25 weeks pregnant. I consistently eat over 2,100-2,300 and am gaining on track. I workout very little now. I suggest eat when you're hungry & follow your instincts & hunger cues.

    I used http://www.freedieting.com/tools/pregnancy_calorie_calculator.htm to calculate calories.
    I'm upping my calories next week since I'll be entering the 3rd trimester.

    I started off this pregnancy about 25 lbs overweight, and I'm currently up 13 lbs at 26 weeks. I try to net between 2100-2300 calories a day.
