I've found the best way to keep myself on track is to share my weight publicly! I usually weigh in on Friday morning, that way I can get my head where it needs to be for the weekend which is when I usually eat the worst.

Starting weight: 239 lbs
Goal weight: 190 lbs

10/21/14: 213 lbs

    I think the last of my water weight has been dropping off this week, as my ankles aren't really swollen anymore and my ring is super close to fitting again!
