Hi ladies! I was hoping I could join this group for some support with eating better and exercising. I logged my food today (at the end of the day) and realized I eat way too many sugar and carbs. Sometimes I feel so unmotivated. I am 31 weeks pregnant with a weigh gain of 20 pounds so far. I really need to get a handle on the type of food I eat. Today I walked for 25 minutes, I am very proud.

I recently came back on here. I'm due dec 31 and worked out 2 days last week. My legs still feel tired when walking up the stairs. I think so far I have gained 16 pounds.0

I'm trying to stay in shape, too! My EDD is December 31st as well and I feel in the last week I've grown so much. My belly is like twice as big and it is hurts so bad!!0
