    I weigh on Wednesdays, which means I start off with a weigh-in after 3 days of travel, little exercise and food choices that were less than stellar.

    10/1 - 210.6. -1.0. I am so surprised by this since we were traveling, yay! Happy!

    10/8 -210.2 -.4 again...no surprise, just glad I had a loss and not a gain.

    10/15. -208.8. -1.4 pounds lost! Yay! So happy! *happy dance*

    10/10/14 = 251.4 - 1.2 I'd be happier about this if I weren't bouncing around between 255 and 251 for the last month. I really need to refocus.

    Sorry to have disappeared this month, bouncing between 154-156 the last few weeks. Crazy busy. Goal is to get back down to 154 by month end.

    23 pounds down already????? I'm eating right and exercising, not starving myself, drinking plenty of water, and having cheat meals once a week. The weight is just falling off, which kind of scares me, as I feel it's so much easier to gain it back when it comes off so quickly. I'm just hoping to make calorie counting a part of my daily life, even when I hit my goal weight. Fingers crossed that I can actually do it this time! Almost to my 280 goal- maybe I will actually make it to 250.

    10/24/14= 280 (+2.6 lbs. - yikes! Granted, it was a week-long honeymoon/vacation to Disney and my birthday, but this much gain is too much. Sheesh.)

    OK, got there. Have strong suspicions the box of cereal I ate last night is going to make it a short visit. Tracking again, though. That should help. And I'm all out of cereal now. :laugh:

    Malia, Sounds like we're in the same boat. Hope it's getting easier for you. Such a quandary to dig out of sometimes, isn't it!

    I am so happy to be back on track and back to being active in group again. Had a couple of months of not eating right and not exercising, but here i am and i am going to lose these last 31 lbs if it kills me!

    I weigh on Wednesdays at the gym.

    10/01/14 = 325.2 -2.8 (This is down from 328 last week)
    10/08/14 = 323.2 -2.0 - happy with this since I had a rough weekend
    10/15/14 = 324.6 +1.4 - well it was Thanksgiving here in Canada yesterday, plus my divorce was finally finalized last Friday, which included a "small" party. I'm ok with this gain :D
    10/22/14 = No official weigh in this week because my trainer was on holidays.
    10/30/14 = 317.8 - booyah! That puts my over 40lbs lost in total!

    10/31/14 = 250.4 - 1 I haven't seen 250 yet so I feel like I'm finally moving in the right direction again. I re-joined the gym this week so I blame lack of exercise for my 6 week stall
