Happy Monday everyone. Today is the start of week 2. I have my class this evening, I'm going to try some different flavors. The first week wasn't TOO bad. Had one slipup, as mentioned in another post. Other than that, it was pretty good. I thought it was going to be much more difficult. While it was trying at times, it was definitely bearable.

I seen your weigh in loss. 11 pounds is great! It should start evening out to 3-5 pounds a week. Some men at my clinic are managing 6-7 pounds a week but they are bigger guys and it starts tapering down to 4-5 pounds after about 6 weeks.
