FITBIT gone from full to empty overnight?

Hi
I charged up my FITBIT last night and went to bed - this morning I woke and it was dead. Now trying to charge it up again. I wonder if my rolling around in bed discharged all of the energy/battery store. Has this happened to anyone else?

Clean the sensors and it helps, on the fitbit website it will tell you how to clean it. The site has troubleshooting guide for you exact issue. Also, if it still fails contact customer service and they may send out replacement0

Try cleaning the connectors and recharging. If you still have problems contact customer service. I had contacted them via e-mail and they responded quick. With my e-mail address they were able to get my product number and said my Flex was defective. They mailed me a new one. Super fast and easy to deal with.0

Thanks Guys- I am off tomorrow to get some cotton buds and alcohol to clean the bit, charger and wristband. Hope this works as I am lost without my Fitbit - how did I get so dependent on this little thing?0

I had the same issues...turns out my tracker was defective after 6 months...they sent me a new one...great customer service!!
