Guess I'll start today's.

My goals (which I should have posted first thing) are:

1) Work out in the morning -- DONE
2) Stay within my calories and no unplanned snacking during the day
3) Bring lunch -- NOT DONE (I made lunch, but then left it at home, oops)
4) Get to bed at a reasonable hour

Since this is the beginning of the week, I have weekly goals also (similar to those above):

1) Bring lunch every day this week (well, other than today, I guess)
2) Work out before work Monday through Friday
3) Get enough sleep
4) Cut out the middle of the day treats

Just keep on keeping on! I set a 9 pound loss goal for this challenge, which considering how little I lost during the last challenge is well, challenging, but I sure would like to see 169 by the end of the year!

    My goals today are
    1) reach my step goal
    2) Go for a run. I still have my three runs to make by Friday and doing this will help me accomplish my first goal.
3)Get the kitchen clean. We had company last night and I just let the dishes be now I need to get them done.
    4) stay with in my calorie range.
    5) Get some reports written for work and the bs troop.

I will also be reporting back tomorrow on my goals just help me be more accountable.

    Good luck every one!
  • I've gotten pretty unmotivated to continue with my goals lately. I've stopped the diet thing completely and health wise I'm doing much better. But, I still need to focus on eating healthy and making sure I don't overindulge which is easy to do now that I'm not so strict. I'm also planning to do more yoga instead of dancing. My primary focus is to make sure I'm exercising, staying relaxed and sleeping enough.

    1. Eat healthy
    2. Stay relaxed: get enough rest
    3. Start abdominal exercises (I don't know why, but this one has been a struggle for me to continue doing - I might need to figure out another way to do abdominal exercises)
    4. Do yoga for 30 min or more

My weight goal for this challenge is the same on as last time, but I gained so the restrictions are a bit greater. I readjusted my starting weight, and reset my loss per week goal. It's a big change in the calorie limit, so I have to be a lot more active!

    1. Drink 10 glasses of water.
    2. Go to the grocery store. Meals at home are so much healthier!
    3. Move my feet! I don't know if that'll be an exercise tape or a dog walk yet.
    4. Go to bed early again. My lights were out by 10:30 last night and I feel much more rested today!

I have just been so challenged with weight release for a while. I'm going to try to keep my goals simple with the intent to actually meet them.

    1. Drink at least 50 ounces of water - I used to drink 100 ounces easy, yet lately i'm lucky if i'm swallowing 24 ounces, so going to increase in increments rather than just attempting to go straight for the 100 first off.
    2. Eat healthy - protein shakes and veggies and good protein; pick up organic box as close to 1:30 as possible
    3. Clean up house for an hour
    4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep - last night i was awake until 5 am, so only got about 5 hours of sleep and not great quality sleep so not having coffee today (wondering if that's affecting my sleep) and going to be in bed by 9:30 tonight (although last night i was in bed by 10 - just couldn't sleep)

writing that all - it seems like a lot to do yet i know it's not really so i'm going to take it one step at a time and get it done!

I know! I may not complete all of my goals, but if I don't set any, I won't accomplish any!

so, i got in the water and ate healthy and worked on the house for over an hour yet obviously i'm not in bed yet - just not tired... so, 3 out of 4 isn't bad!
