My goals today are similar to yesterday's:

1) Bring lunch and make something for tomorrow.
2) Morning workout plus weights after work
3) Get to bed at a reasonable hour (I've been much better about this the last few days)

    1) Limit snacking at work (even if it's within my calorie goals, I think that I snack for boredom and not for sustenance)
    2) Jump on the elliptical right after work (instead of waiting at 8 PM)
    3) Instead of listening to an entire DVD of Gilmore Girls episode, keeping myself busy tonight with some chores we have been neglected lately, so the house will be pristine when we will go away for the weekend

Well, I did not do well today. Pretty much didn't do any of my goals. I ended up having to put my kitty of 12 years down unexpectedly today. :'( I'm a little out of sorts but I'm hoping to be better tomorrow.

I feel you. I had to do this 2 years ago with the cat that shared 19 years of my short life, and it was incredibly painful. I hope you'll feel better. *hug*

Complete wreck for my yesterday goals... I left work early, and my husband was already using the elliptical when I arrived home, so I got to make my exercise only after dinner.

And I snacked a lot because of the stress.

And we watched three episodes of GG, which is almost one complete DVD. Husband had a long day of class preparation and he spend 14 hours in college today, so he wanted us to be relax instead of doing a lot of things.

    Grrrr.

I said this elsewhere too, but I'm so sorry, and know how hard that is.

Thank you ladies, I truly appreciate it. Some people understand and some just have no idea how special our pets can be.
