Anyone else having trouble with that V-Sit exercise?? The first time I did this, could hardly do it, today I pushed, through it wasn't exactly a total V but getting stronger each time!

I am right there with you... can not hold it for more then a couple seconds... I hope it improves by the end of alpha phase0

I don't have any problem with that one but my press ups are terrible and they don't seem to get any better. I guess we all have a stronger and weaker area!0
