November's theme is in{NOV}ation. Mix things up and get creative this month! "If it doesn't challenge you, then it doesn't change you!" Add something to your routine that gets you excited and so that you look forward to your workouts this month. Push your limits. This could be challenging yourself to sprint during a run, biking faster during certain parts of a song, etc. etc.

Today I had about 15 mins before I was due in for work. I walked across the street to CVS instead of driving there. It wasn't exactly a new workout plan but it was an added thing so I figured I would share it with you all :-)
I was proud I made it back with 5 minutes to spare. I normally would have just parked in front of CVS.0 -
I started a new weight lifting plan yesterday. I'll be power lifting with my husband and his friend 3 times a week. I haven't done this since high school 7 years ago.0

I'm attempting to walk 100 miles in November. I have only previously been able to do 50 miles in a month. I reached 50 miles today! I am also debating about running/walking my first official 5K on Thanksgiving morning!0
