    Did well on all of my goals for yesterday except the bedtime one. Got home late, ate really late, and that always means I stay up later than I should. Today's are:

    1) Do weights at gym plus some treadmill intervals at race speed or faster;
    2) Bring lunch and plan lunch for tomorrow (the second part will be more challenging than the last couple days, since I won't have the easy leftovers);
    3) Hardest: going out for event that involves a pizza dinner--try to figure out how to fit it in my calories and macros; and
    4) Go to bed at a reasonable hour!

    Okay, my goals for today

    1) Do meaningful work for 6-9 hours
    2) Do sitting meditation
    3) Lights out at 10 pm (need to start getting more sleep, this has been a very low week)

    Yesterday was a bust for me. I ate within my calorie range, but had fast food which is never the best option. I didn't get any strength training done, but I did dance around my house like an idiot for 2 hours B) so that was fun! Today's goals:
    1. Try not to be hateful on my last day of work before vacation (7.5 hours left!)
    2. Get out of town by 4.
    3. Only stop to get 1 snack on my 4 hour drive.
    4. Drink 80 oz of water.

    Today's goals will be similar as yesterday.

    1) Limit snacking at work.
    2) Get on the elliptical as soon as I get back from work, or at least just after dinner.
    3) Doing chores instead of watching TV.

    It will be my last "chance" to get a proper workout before my three-days getaway in Vermont, so I will commit to this one and stick to it. And the chores will include packing my bags, which is always a fun thing to do!

    I'm still on track and doing good so far. Ice skating killed my ankles a little because the shoes were a little too lose but it was a lot of fun! I have Salsa tonight so I'm looking forward to that!

    1. Eat healthy (planned out again!)
    2. abdominal crunches (I don't think I'm doing these today, but I'll add them on there since I should)
    3. Salsa like a made woman

    1)get my steps
    2) drink plenty of water
    4) take my daughter to the dentist
    5) stay with in my calories
    6) go for my 3rd run
    7) Help my son with math and essay

    1 water
    2 exercise 30 min before work - done
    3 walk 30 min after work
    4 5 fruits and vegetables
    5 logging all day

    I did good with two of my three goals, but we had an unplanned date night (sushis!) and I didn't have the time for the workout, which was my most important goal. Grrr.

    We went for a big stroll around the park instead of the elliptical thing and it was better than doing nothing.

    Didn't quite make #1 due to long doctor's visit and being very tired, but I could have stuck to at least that 6

    Did #2

    Basically did #3, definitely had lights out by 10:30
