I did it on Thursday - 145 minutes of walk and staying under calories. I intend to do the same or better on Friday. I am also now looking into drinking at least 8 glasses of water.

    Hit my goals yesterday.

    Goals today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. P90x: Plyometrics

    Today's goals:
    1. Partial fast...fasting up until dinner time
    2. 12,000 steps

    And that's it for today - it's grocery shopping night so I can have a relaxing weekend!

    - try to get to 100g protein
    - go to the gym
    - drink 8 glasses of water
    - 5 servings of fruit/veggies

    Hit my goals for yesterday and enjoyed my workout!
    Today is recovery day so really the only plan is to eat a bunch of meat, walk often and grow stronger.

    Today I plan to do the same.
    Get my workout in, eat within my calories and drink lots of water.

    Had a good day yesterday and hope to stay on track today. Did level 2&3 of beginner shred before work, doubtful if I will get any more activity in for the day. Tomorrow I have a long to do list but will make sure I get a run or walk in at some point. Have a 4 day weekend and don't want to slack off and gain any of my losses back.

    Yesterday I was slightly over my calorie goal (less than 100 calories) and after school activities went longer than anticipated so wasn't able to get the jog in.

    Shouldn't be a problem to get the jog in tonight which is good since I'm actually getting antsy about not having been able to do so since Sunday.

    Goals for Day 46

    - Drink 80-90 oz of water
    - Stay under calorie goal
    - Jog 2.5 miles and strength training (to include core)
