I have had my Fitbit for about 10 months now and stopped tracking for a while. I am getting married in 11 months and want to look my best! I would love to have some Fitbit friends to keep me motivated on and on track!

someone please explain to me the difference between "sensitive" and "normal" for the sleep tracker settings? There is about a 7 hr difference in the reading between the 2. the sensitive says i sleep an average of 2 1/2 hours a night, and the normal says i sleep an average of 8 hours, both showing i have been in bed for 9-10 hours every night.0

How sensitive it is to your movement while sleeping. When you move it marks you as restless; not sleeping. If you really thrash or get up, it considers you awake. I leave mine on normal and still get plenty of restless activity!0 -
Hi! I have had my fitbit flex for about a year and a half and I am still obsessed! I can't wait to get the new Surge in January. I have learned how to adjust how I monitor my activity and caloric intake with myfitnesspal and, even when I have an occasional set back, I find the both apps and the regular feedback from community members gets me right back on track! I have lost 20 pounds in the past year and I am stronger now that I am pushing 50 then I was in my 20s.

I've had my Fitbit Flex for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it! Much more accurate than my Misfit Shine.
I'm from southwestern Indiana and would like to find some more fitbit friends. My profile is at https://www.fitbit.com/user/2WS92B.0 -
