It was a very humbling day on Friday. I did not walk and in calories department had performed even worst than Lakers. Saturday is a new day and I need to be disciplined. My goal is to stay under my calories limit at all cost. Walk is not on the agenda.

Yesterday was a normal recovery day but then nighttime came and my daughter had a sleepover so I snacked on chips after I closed my diary
Sleep was also unacceptable ( less then 6 hours).
Time to log those chips, up my game, rest and eat good food.
Today is a new day! Let's do this!

Yesterday was a bad day for me, I weighed to see if I was on track and I had gained it all back... all that I had lost, was back... I felt pretty low, fortunately I have a few great friends on this site that helped me through this rough time. I got peace of mind after talking with them.
Today is my 7 year wedding anniversary, meeting my goals and staying within my calories will be a hard one. Today is not about watching what I eat, it is about spending time with my hubby for a few hours away from the little ones. I will still be making good choices for breakfast and dinner, but lunch is a splurge meal.

I was finally able to get my jog in yesterday! Yea! I decided to only do core strength training since I don't do my other strength training on jogging days.
Since light cardio this week has been non-existent because of the weather, I'm also going to get a walk in today as well and do my other strength training.
Goals for Day 47
- Drink 80-90 oz of water
- Stay under calorie goal
- Strength training and light cardio (walking)

Yesterday was a write off for me as well in the calorie dept. started well did two back to back workouts for 40 mins, had a decent breakfast and lunch but was starving so I blew it at supper. But that's ok nothing was "bad" just too much. Today I started my day with a 4 mile walk in the snow, and soon headed out Christmas shopping so lots to do today.
Stay focused all and we will recover from yesterday's less than stellar results.0 -
