Hi Everyone. Im up .6 this week but I haven't been home all weekend since there is a Doctor Who convention here plus to say I have been busy these past few weeks is an understatement. So im not surprised at all. I think most of it is from the convention with eating out and last night drinking and friday. Gotta love the after hours parties. I have my fingers crossed that next week I will have a big loss but with my birthday monday and anniversary on thursday I really have to watch what I eat. Maybe add an extra day or two at the rescue for extra exercise.
Later tonight I will update and reorganize the spreadsheet. I was shocked and surprised at just how many new people joined for this challenge. That just makes me realize how much I haven't been paying attention...lol So its a little late but welcome everyone sorry for being MIA the past weeks. Im making it a goal to change that.
Well good luck with weigh-in's this week. I hope everyone does well.

i'm up 1.6 lbs today - not really a surprise as i've been grain free for awhile now yet i've been having challenges falling asleep before 5 am so last week, i began eating sandwiches for dinner - knowing that simple carbs put me out. it worked yet not great for my weight so i'll have to play and figure out how to get to sleep without the carb knockout. it'll be better next week.0

started a new job and am struggling to get in my exercise. I also have to modify what I am eating so no loss this week. hopefully once training is over it will be easier. No gain so that's good!0

I'm up .2. Frustrating but oh well. It's got to come off at some point.0

I'm down 8#, but I'm not taking any credit! The start date for this challenge was our return date from Disney World. After a week of eating event food, gas station snacks, and not drinking nearly enough water, I wasn't surprised to see I was way up. So this more restful week at home has me back on 10 glasses of water a day, sticking more closely to calorie goals, and getting enough sleep!0

I just came back from a weekend in Vermont where I ate french fries and bacon and pizza and drank a lot of beer (and wine... and cider... and bourbon... oh well), so I didn't weigh in this morning, and won't for at least two days, because I don't want to be demoralized by all the water weight. I'll figure it out on Wednesday morning.0

I'm up 1. I think it was mainly water retention because all but .2 of it is gone as of this morning. LOL0

Down 1.2 lbs, which is nice. I've been trying to be better about limiting the difficult to log stuff over the last week, but didn't stick to that on Friday/Saturday and then was intentionally over (by only a little) yesterday, so was kind of paranoid that I'd bounce back up (I've been fluctuating), but the scale cooperated with me.0

I gained one pound so far, I keep on fluctuating from those 4 pounds. If I end up gaining anymore without loosing fat I'll know for sure this experiment isn't working.0

I'm only down 1 pound this week. I'm starting to get frustrated since I've only lost a total of 2 pounds for this month despite keeping calories low and carbs under 50 daily. I'll have to try harder next week0

I lost half of a pound. My boss brought donuts to work. I only ate two!0

Well I am glad to see I am not the only one up this week. I was up 3 i think this week. Very frustrating but I am pretty sure that mine at least in part is TOM.
Hopefully this week goes better for me and everyone else.
Here's to a better week for all.0
