Morning all. Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine was busy but fun. Got to see a lot of old friends and met some new ones  Todays goals are pretty simple for me. Im doing some fairly easy goals since its my birthday and I dont want to go to crazy.

1. drink 10 glasses of water
2. stay under calories
3. p90x when I get home before I go to dinner with friends. (I decided to snooze my alarm this morning and get an extra hours sleep)

Here are my goals for today:

    1) Follow my meal plan for the day and resist the urge to snack.
    2) Jump on the elliptical as soon as I am back from work (35 min. workout).
    3) Do some chores instead of watching TV and go to bed early.

And as it's a new week, here are my goals for the week.
    1) Throw in at least four 35 minutes workout on the elliptical.
    2) Plan ahead and follow the weekly meal plan. Limit snacking.
    3) Try at least one other type of workout this week (yoga? lifting? belly dance? let's figure it out!).

    2)go for a run
    3)stay in calories
    4) get home clean and start to pack for the move

Happy Monday, everyone! (And Happy Birthday, SilverStormi.)

    Today's goals:

    1) Took the morning off, but I will get in some kind of exercise.
    2) Bring lunch/prepare for tomorrow -- first part DONE
    3) Bed at a reasonable hour -- I was not great about this over the weekend, although some of it was unavoidable.

    Weekly goals:

    1) Get in morning exercise for the rest of the days (other than my off-day, of course)
    2) Try some new/non-usual-for-me exercise
    3) Bring lunch at least 2 more days (Friday is work lunch and one weekday buying lunch is okay)
    4) Back to decluttering project
    5) Set a new goal to train for now that my half marathon is over

That's frustrating, but try not to take it too seriously, because it probably is just water.

I did ok with my goals overall. I eat as planned and didn't snack a lot at work, and I exercised 35 minutes on my elliptical, but not right after work because I was too hungry. I cleaned the kitchen and packed lunch before exercising, so it was almost 22 o'clock when I finished my workout (thus failing my third goal).

But all in all, it's okay.

Thank you for the birthday wishes. I did so-so on my goals. I went over by a few calories (less then 100) which wasnt to bad and instead of my p90 workout I ended up doing some yardwork.
