Nov. 11th goals

Hi! Goals for Veteran's Day:
1) Try to stay 200 cals beyond my goal during the day, so I'll have some space to snack at night without going overboard.
2) Exercise for 35 min. before dinner (while it's cooking, maybe).
3) Clever grocery shopping.

I was very unhealthy with dinner yesterday (lots and loooots of Chinese) and I didn't do the abdominal exercises. I've also learned that beginner yoga is too easy for me, so today we are going to try beginner II.
1. Eat healthy (planned that well today)
2. 1 hour yoga
3. abdominal exercise (done!)

Running late on posting my Veteran's Day goals.
Report from yesterday: got the exercise in, but went to bed too late (I got home quite late, and I just can't make myself go to bed immediately after dinner), and I decided in advance that today could be my buy lunch day (going to Pret, probably).
Today:
1) Do weights
2) I should be home earlier, so pack lunch and work on decluttering project
3) Bed at a reasonable hour
4) Spend some time choosing a new fitness goal for the end of the year (a good addition to this challenge for me).
The difficulty with (4) is that I can't predict the weather (yes, this makes me different how?) and my work schedule is currently up in the air due to something that may or may not happen in mid January.0 -
Love the idea of a decluttering project. I kind of doing the same, but haven't phrase it this way. I found it motivating.0

My Goals for today:
1) Plan out my meals for the day
2) Stay within my calories - I have been under on the days I work out
3) Exercise - 38 minutes on elliptical machine
4) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water - working on this one0 -
Well I did decent on my goals yesterday. I took the dog on a 4mile walk. drank lots of water,stayed in my calories, and got things cleaned. I did not go for a run or start packing. I really need to do that moving day is coming up fast.
I had to go to work early today so I didn't get to post my goals but i did think about them.
Here were my goals for today
1) take the dog for another walk- didn't happen because I got called in to work a few hours early
2) go for a run- done. I did 3 miles tonight as soon as I got home.
3) drink plenty of water- done
4) meet my step goal- done total steps for today 15243
5) stay in calories- check
I am happy with how today went.

All I did yesterday was crochet and eat at restaurants. I'm a veteran, so had free lunch at Texas Roadhouse, and then after work at my p/t job, free dinner at Red Robin! Getting back on track for the rest of the week...0
