Week 7 began on Saturday. This week I am excited to announce that I will be including the halfway point on Thursday. I'm adding it as a mini challenge for those of you that need to reboot and/or start over. I'm also offering others a chance to participate. More details to come :-)

It doesnt matter where you're at because you can still catch up. Im working on that myself. A huge part of it is the mental aspect. The challenge sounds intimidating for the number of hours but I sincerely feel that it's doable. Hang in there everyone!!!

    SOOO proud of myself this weekend! I am finally ready to catch up and push myself again!

    Week 1: 6 hours
    Week 2: 4.25 hours

    11/08: 2 hours 20 minutes of zumba, walking, biking, weights, & PT exercises
    11/09: 1 hour 10 minutes wall sits, mountain climbers, crunches, medicine ball sit-ups, biking, weights & PT exercises
