Nov 14 and weekend goals

I figured we might as well combine them, or else I forget to do weekend goals.
For today:
1) Stay within calories
2) Think positively
3) Get in some kind of run-based exercise, plus my pilates class
4) Read
5) Work hard
For the weekend, my big ones are:
1) Go to scary new workout (more on this if I do it)
2) Run
3) Go to the pool on Sunday
4) Buy cold weather running gear that I need
5) Plan lunches/meal for upcoming week
For today:

Oh, and I do need to get back to that decluttering project, so I'll add that to the weekend goals.0

My Goals - yesterday's accomplishments:
1) Plan out my meals for the day - didn't really do this today.
2) Stay within my calories - I was way under.
3) Exercise - hoping to get a walk in - I did!
4) Drink 80 oz – 100 oz of water (60 oz so far) - I did!
My Goals for the weekend:

I went to bed hungry because I did not make wise food choices last night. My goals for today are:
1. Drink water
2. Eat low calories filling foods
3. Walk

I dont think I made a single of my goals yesterday. Oh well today is a new day so lets try this again.
1. 10 glasses of water
2. stay under calories (no thin mints)

Thanks for bundling the weekend goals here, Stephanie! Good idea! I have not been doing well in meeting my goals for the month (about 50 miles behind where I should be with my indoor cycling - just been so dead tired, getting home late most evenings) and just can't seem to remember to drink water. Weird! Anyway... trying to generate some self-discipline here to either rethink my goals or to commit fully to my goals as they are. So ... for this weekend, I will daily:
- log my food (been estimating far too much - need a more accurate count)
- drink water - at least 64 ounces (used to be so easy to drink much more)
- work outside - gathering wood, raking, helping with construction - whatever rises to the top of the day's "to do" list
- ride my bike for at least 6 miles
- be creative - lots of projects dancing in my mind; time to get busy!
