Weekends --- will not beat me!

So, today it was reinforced that it takes planning, planning, and more planning! Especially on the weekends when my normal schedule is changed up. I fixed my breakfast protein drink first thing this morning and was fine until around noon when I started getting hungry. Made the mistake of fixing the kid's lunches first and as it was cooking, I gave in and ate a croissant and some bacon. Lesson learned. But...you know what?? Not gonna let that beat me! It's a glip in the overall day. Went downstairs to walk on the treadmill and added in some intervals with increased inclines. Felt the burn and it feels good! It also made me associate that I only burned off half of the calories from the blasted croissant. Was the croissant worth it? Absolutely NOT! I will remember that.

Weekends can be tough, when you have a Monday Friday schedule. I know I find myself having the munchies on Saturdays because I'm in the house all day, but the pulse side of this is I've tried to establish a Saturday routine. I get up at 6:00 walk around the city(small town USA here) for about an hour it until I get tired, fix breakfast, then just do chores and hang iut with my daughter. When I walk first thing that morning it gives me a since of having a schedule, plus I don't want to blow my calories burned that day. This below me stay focused. Sunday is my free day. I still count and measure e drugging but I give myself a little space. Good luck to you.0

At least you knew to work off the calories that you could---and you got right back on the plan! Good job!!!
