Already updated my info 2 days ago so I'm good.
I am past the 55% mark and hope to get 100% by the end of the challenge.
Yesterday was a tough workout and my legs are sore. It will feel very good to rest today. My plan is to recover and eat well today, plenty of protein, fats and water.
Very happy to report that these days I take my coffee with 2 tsp of sugar: when I started my journey it was 2 tbsp ) the quit sugar recipe really worked for me.

My weight is finally dropping after holding steady for about 4 weeks. I was losing inches like crazy, so I knew I was doing something right, but apparently was holding onto water weight.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories (this will be a challenge with a family birthday party today)
2. 10,000 steps
3. yoga!0 -
Great start to the day, numbers are moving downward on the scale.

At 50%. Feeling good about how much I have lost so far. We got snow last night and it is 22 degrees outside, so I wont be getting outside for any walking. Hoping to get my water in today, as it continually is a problem for me.0

Can you provide any link or more info? I am consuming large amounts of Splenda-knowing it is hazardous. Any help would be appreciated!

I am at 38% and have hit my first weight loss goal mark of 5lbs lost. I am feeling rather good about myself. I still would like to catch up and eventually see my percentage mach the milestone. All in due time. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!0

I gained 1.2 lbs but still at 56% so, barely made it. The next weigh in is due in 5 days so will need to loose some to stay in the game.0

Had a decent weigh in, should make my goal and as long as I can maintain over the holidays I will be in good shape to lose the remainder the first of the year.0

I haven't been the most consistent, but I'm around and trying to at least maintain for the time being. I've had a very rough last few weeks medically and am finally feeling back to normal. No loss this period but I'm still on track to reach or at least get very close to my goal, especially if I buckle down and stay consistent for the remainder of the time. I'm hoping that the support here will help me stay on track through our next holiday!0
