I don't have a cool thing for this week. Calm before the storm weekend? Eggnog edition? Whatevs. What are all you awesome Long Distance Runners doing this weekend?

    I am running the Spartan Sprint at Fenway Saturday.

    Not such long distance but a first for me - 10 mile multi terrain with everything from forest track to beach apparently. Slightly nervous as never done off road before.

    I'm going for a fast 5k on Saturday in Cardiff. Edit to say just noticed the dates on this thread. My 5k is next Sat
