Week 10 - Commercial Challenge:
Pick your Push-Ups
Based on your ability, chose one of the following Push-Ups to do during the Commercials:
Push-Ups - Full Plank Position
Push-Ups - Knee Position or
Push-Ups - Standing Wall Position
If you can not do any kind of Push-Up, then do another exercise that is safe for you to do during the Commercial.

Well that was an interesting twist. I think Sonya might have gotten a little too attatched to Jen.
First Break - 10 pushups off couch (modification halfway between wall & Full)0 -

Jackie is going home. That's a bummer, was kind of hoping she would hold out on comeback canyon till the end.

So sorry you had to watch/chat alone. I had to teach a class this evening so will watch this weekend. Your comments have me curious about what the twist is. I agree I haven't really been drawn to one specific contestant more than the others. Gonna do a push up challenge with my students tomorrow between each class. One thing that I am often curious about that I don't remember this show ever addressing is the extra or loose skin that can result from such extreme fast weight loss. Losing 15 lbs in one week or 100 lbs in 10 weeks, while impressive and to be celebrated, has to be very hard on your body as a system.0

This episode was interesting. I am so glad the re split the teams... I was feeling a little bad for blue!! I tried doing plank push ups, but could only do 10 before switching to knees... baby steps!0

Had fun challenging my students to the push up challenge! They watched the episode with me during lunch period too. They are being so encouraging! I like it when they switch things up like they did this week.0
