I had a somewhat good day yesterday, I did log my food but as we went to a portugese grill restaurant for dinner, a part of my log was estimated. I called both of my parents but only spoke to my mom, so I'll have to try again with my dad, and I drank lots of water, which helped with the bloating. But I didn't had time to make any job applications, so I'll do this tonight with a good glass of wine.

Goals for today:

1) Log accurately whenever possible.
2) As I didn't pack lunch, I will have to be really careful with my food choice this afternoon.
3) Exercise according to the plan.

My son got all 4 of his wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, so I was off from work. We went a bit over on snacking, and I was sitting less than when at work. I didn't get all of my water, but most of it.

    Today's goals:
    1. Drink 10 glasses of water.
    2. Stay within calories.
    3. Figure out how to use my dad's old bike trainer so I can ride indoors!
    4. Put all the clean laundry away.
    5. Hopefully find my other son's bottom retainer!
  • So I haven't set up some goals for a couple days to see what it would do. There isn't much of a change, but I am a bit more out of control with the eating so I'm reining that back in and I've stopped exercising completely. I have been really bad about the exercising this week except for last night (which caused me to lose about 4 pounds of water weight). So my primary goal is to get back into routine of exercising.

    1. Eat healthy (I am so so on this and I need to remember to portion control)
    2. EXERCISE!!

This week is insane! I have been running around so much. So much to do and not enough time to complete everything. I have a wedding Sunday which my husband is part of (also loving my new dress thats in a size i havent been in at least 7 years) Then we leave tuesday night for NC and will be gone like a week and a half. Plus Im currently dog sitting on top of that as well as everything that normally needs to be done. On the plus side our brand new car came in just in time for the trip.

    Todays goals
    1. drink extra water when I get home since I forgot my water bottle I normally drink at work.
    2. Figure out a healthy dinner for me since I promised the hubby Taco Bell after we pick up his tux. (NSV - i havent had any fast food in almost a year!!! Right before christmas will be a year wish i knew the extact date)
    3. Try and stay way under calories today since this weekend im hoping not to but planning on possibly going over.

I've been struggling to stay under calories all week for some reason, but at least the exercise bit seems to have come back.

    Today (late, obviously):

    1) Try to stay under calories despite goodbye lunch at work (I think I did okay, but it was a weird protein-free, carb and fat extravaganza!)
    2) Get in evening exercise class since other plans cancelled
    3) Read/get to bed at a reasonable hour

    Weekend:

    1) First meeting of running group on Sunday, go and have fun!
    2) Get serious about decluttering project
    3) Swim
    4) Plan out some meals for the upcoming week so I can get back to bringing lunch (even just for 3 days)
    5) I have to work this weekend which was disaster last weekend, so bring good healthy things to eat
    6) Plan dishes for Thanksgiving potluck

OK SO i need to get back into the exercise mode !!! That is really my BIG goal for EVERY day..LOL Here is what i need to work on

    1) Get in some form of exercise every day.(at least 60min worth)
    2) Make sure to drink all my water (usually get most)
    3) be more thoughtful of snacking in the evening. (over did it last night)
4 Try harder to get all my fitbit steps in per day. (Tough lately due to weather)
