On Friday I did 152 minutes of walk and stayed with in calories limit. For Saturday I intend to do the same.

So happy that i passed my set goal for November with 8 days to spare. Wanted to be down 60 pounds and i am down 61 pounds. On my way with a head start towards my next goal for December, to be down 70 pounds by Januray first.
I really need to drink my water and put in one more day at the gym.
So my new goal for this coming week to is to stay focused and get to the gym and to always have a water bottle in my hand.

I have a busy day today so I plan on staying on top of everything with calm. Gym, groceries for the week and holiday meal, send gifts to Europe, etc. One task at a time and things should run smooth!
Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Great walking balancedwalker! How is your backyard coming along? Have you been hit with any of this California rain? (It has been raining steadily for 2 days here).
Congratulations on getting to your November goal mathewsfive, that is really awesome.
You do indeed have a busy weekend danelutza19, hope you are able to accomplish all on your to-do list with out the chaos it can often bring.
My goal is to finally start getting my workouts in on the weekends. No more weekends off. In preparation for Thanksgiving and the 800+ calories I plan to consume. I am going to workout everyday and "save" my workout calories for my favorite holiday and foods.
Enjoy your Saturday!

Today I ate maintenance calories, gathering energy to run a race tomorrow morning.
This is only my second race since I started running last summer so I'm pretty excited.
Drank a lot of water too. It's only a 5mile race, not really longer than regular training, but I feel like I need to fuel up anyway. Good week-end to everyone.0 -
Annangelich, thanks for encouragement. The backyard is in full swing. Just got my raised garden beds in mail. Will be setting them up along the sprinkler system before Thanksgiving. Rain is no where near LA, so it will be costly to maintain the landscape and garden beds but then it is what it is.
I am much excited to have a hardscape where I intend to put a yoga mat and may be a place to listen to some weekend music. Not buying grill till I get to my long term goal weight and stays their for at least 100 days.0
