Week 10 Goals and Informational

Welcome to week 10! We only have 2 more weeks after this week! After that, it is the weigh-in, and we will see how we have all progressed in our health!

And a tip: Drink plenty of water before and after your workout! Unless you are working out for over 60 minutes or in hot weather, water is sufficient rehydration solution.
If you have been working out for over 60 minutes, and/or in hot weather, you may need electrolyte replacement. I suggest pure coconut water (not coconut milk) for after workout rehydration solution. It is low in calorie (43 calories/8 oz), and will replace your electrolytes just as well if not better than those calorie-laden Gatorade drinks.
