I had a busy Monday and anticipate even more busy Tuesday.

Stay the course with some good music. I have added 16 new songs to my playlist.

    Good morning all! I fasted yesterday and it was very successful. I haven't been doing very well lately and it felt great to be on plan and succeed! Today I eat my normal TDEE amount and tomorrow I will fast once more this week. I need to also get to the gym tonight and lift some weights. I only got there once last week - at least it helps maintain muscle just not build any new muscle mass! :)

    Had a fairly successful day yesterday, little over on calories, but got my water in, started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD and went for a 6k jog last night. Gained over the weekend so need to get that gone.

    I haven't been to the gym since the dress shoes I wore last week completely shredded my feet in several different places. It's annoying to wait for everything to heal enough so I can run without pain / increasing injury.

    Crazy snow storm yesterday. Barely made it to the gym, but had a nice Hiit workout and some walking. I hope the snow melts away soon because it's really dangerous to drive through.
    Plan for today is to eat good, drink water and help my daughter get over her cold.

    Yesterday went really well, got a ton done in the yard before it got too dark and too chilly.
    Today the plan is to get my workout in, eat right and get some better sleep. School Vacation always messes with my sleep patterns.

    My butt HURTS to touch from yesterday! Had an intense workout last night-
    3x8 per arm DB snatchs @ 35
    Superset:
    a) 4x8 per leg Bulgarian split squats (owwwwwww)
    b) 4x15 per leg single leg hip lifts (w/ 40 lbs)
    Second Superset
    a) 4x8 Barbell RDL (135 lbs)
    b) OH Squats (25lbs)
    Third Superset
    a) 3x 10 Cossack Squats (25 lbs)
    b) 3 x 10 Ball Hammies
    Finished up with some prowler, then core work.

    My diet has been whack though =/ Gotta get that stuff nailed down!

    So what are some of the songs?

    I did a nominal 10 min on elliptical and 10 min on treadmill because of ulcer under callus on foot. Still sore and may not be able to do much at all this week and of all weeks I would like to have done more so those calories could be directed elsewhere...like Thanksgiving Day. LOL
