Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
This is the start to the beginning of a few extra pounds gained which are with us for the rest of the year, and for many more of us, the rest of our lives.
Enjoy your thanksgiving, but choose wisely!

I did exercise every day this week. I made sure to get my exercise in before the thanksgiving meal. I also made sure to get my 10,000 steps in on Thursday knowing that I would be eating dessert.0

I planned to work out 5 times this week, but I only got 2 workouts in...:-/ I guess, set expectations high, right?
